    Arthur moves towards the cloaked woman "Comrade Seagee! It is surprise to see you! Mind if seat takes me?" he says as he sits down across from her.

    (let me try this again) A tall, black woman in a green cloak and with a walking staff taller then her is seated in the corner. With her is a medium sized spitz dog of unclear origin.
