Location Idea for Detective Base

In the first season of "Gargoyles", the gargoyles have to move from their castle on top of a skyscraper (long story) to another empty building.

Because gargoyles can't fly, only glide, they choose a tall building. A clock tower that happens to have a kitchen and a library in it. Because all clock towers have libraries. (Maybe they actually do, I've never looked into it).

I figured I could make Chaser the owner, put some TMNT in the basement, and maybe even talk Carol into talking with other characters sometimes. Just because I think we could come up with more interesting stories for a library clock tower in New York than what they were doing.

This world has both advanced technology (if you're rich enough) and magic. The bad guys were able to bring a cyber-gargoyle to life using both technology and spells.

Gargoyles are protectors by night, stone by day. While in stone form they have no defense but they obtain healing and energy from the sun. Gargoyle's loyalty lies with the clan, not strict family units. They do not usually give themselves names. Goliath was the only one with a name when the show started.

Goliath-is the leader, he had a rough start at the beginning of the series, almost gave into hate and revenge, but seems to be on his way to becoming a big good.

Brooklyn-seems to think more with his heart than with his head.

Hudson-the oldest of the gargoyles, he is Scottish for some reason. He likes television but won't back down from a fight.

Broadway-an easy going guy who likes to eat and doesn't always realize that everything on TV isn't true. He's the gargoyle in the famous gun safety episode.

Lexington-is the smallest. he is a mechanical and maybe technological genius, but boy does he hold a grudge

Bronx is the dog.
